  • Product Description

The affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-phosphotyrosine antibody was conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The conjugates are useful for detection, identification, and quantization of tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins and peptides.
  • Specificity

The antibody is pan-specific against phosphotyrosine. There are no cross reactions with phosphoserine or phosphothreonine.

  • Applications

    ELISA (0.25 ug/ml); WB (0.25 ug/mL); IHC(10 ug/mL)

  • Scientific Description

Tyrosine is one of the 20 naturally occurring amino acids used for the biosynthesis of proteins. Kinases phosphorylate tyrosine to form phospho-tyrosine which is considered a key step in the regulation of enzymatic activities such as signal transduction.

  • Storage & Stability

Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, aliquot content and store product at -20°C. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if stored properly.
