The antibody is pan-specific against phosphotyrosine. There are no cross reactions with phosphoserine or phosphothreonine.

Tyrosine is one of the 20 naturally occurring amino acids used for the biosynthesis of proteins. Kinases phosphorylate tyrosine to form phospho-tyrosine which is considered a key step in the regulation of enzymatic activities such as signal transduction.
Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, aliquot content and store product at -20°C. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if stored properly.
