Orders received in North America by 2:00 PM PST (5:00 PM EST) Monday to Wednesday will usually be shipped out on the same day. Orders received in European and other territories will usually be shipped out on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. North American customers will typically receive their orders within 1-2 business days: European and other territories customers will typically receive their orders within 2-4 business days if there is no Customs Clearance Delay or any other delays.
All shipments are F.O.B. from point of shipment, pre-paid and added to the invoice if no carrier information is provided by buyers. Freight charges may include but not limited to: priority service and packaging materials. ImmuneChem is not responsible for any fees that may be incurred by your order such as brokerage costs, duties and taxes.
We use FedEx, and other world carriers.
We use ice gel to ship most of our products.
Products will be shipped with ice gel packs to keep them cool during transportation. On certain occasions, the ice pack may have thawed by the time the product reaches you; this is usually perfectly fine, and will not affect product quality.
