    ING1 is a tumour suppressor. Our affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-p33 ING1 antibody is developed with the N-terminal peptide based on mouse p33 ING1, the identical sequence of human p33 ING1.

  • Scientific Description

    p33 (ING1) is a new growth inhibitor candidate for a tumour suppressor gene. p33 (ING1) cooperates with p53 and down-regulates cell growth by activating transcription from the p21/WAF1 promoter although there is no sequence similarity between p33 (ING1) and p53.
