ING1 is a tumour suppressor. ING1 phosphorylated at serine126 has increased stability, supported by scientific literature. The affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-p33 ING1 (phospho-ser126) antibody is developed based on its phosphorylated site (ser126) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated ING1 C-terminal peptide. The antibody can be utilized in studies of ING1 phosphorylation by immunoblot and immunofluorescent staining.
