Butylated lysine antibody is a pan-specific antibody developed from rabbits using butylated KLH as the immunogen, and affinity purified using butylated lysine-agarose affinity matrix. The antibody specifically recognizes proteins with butylated lysine residues. It can be used for proteomic studies of proteins modified with butylated lysine. The antibody can be completely inhibited by free butylated lysine.

Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at –20ºC. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if properly stored.
