  • Product Description

    The anti-bovine IgG antibody is developed from rabbits using affinity purified bovine immunoglobulin G (IgG) as the immunogen, and purified using bovine IgG-agarose affinity matix. The purified antibody is further conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The product is useful for detection, identification, quantification and localization for bovine IgG.
  • Scientific Description

    IgG is monomeric immunoglobulin. It consists of two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. It is the most abundant immunoglobulin in the blood and tissue. It provides protection against many kinds of bacteria, viruses, fungi as well as optimizes phagocytosis and neutralizes bacterial toxins.

    Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at –20ºC. Expiration date is six months from date of shipping if properly stored.
