For the hydrolysis of protein and the generation of Fc/Fab fragments from IgG using flow through column method or filtration after incubation.

Lyophilized powder (approximately 100 mg powder swell to 1 mL resin in PBS buffer)

150-300 units /mL of papain (>30mg/mL) is covalently linked to Agarose CL4B
