This anti-biotin antibody is developed from rabbits immunized with d-biotin-KLH, and affinity purified using d-biotin-agarose. It is then conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The antibody can be used for both direct and competitive ELISA for quantification of d-biotin, and western-blot analysis of biotinylated antibodies or proteins.

Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, aliquot content and store product at –20ºC. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is six months from date of shipping if properly stored.
