Western blot analysis of phosphothreonine in SP2/0 myeloma cells activated with fetal bovine serum for 10 minutes after serum-free starvation overnight. Whole cell lysates (A) 12ul and (B) 4ul were immobilized and reacted with biotin-conjugated rabbit anti-phosphothreonine (ICP9820), and then detected with HRP-conjugated rabbit anti-Biotin (ICP0612) in the test.

2nd Ab: Biotinylated rabbit anti-mouse IgG.

3rd Ab: Rabbit anti-biotin antibody HRP (ICP0612).

    This anti-biotin antibody is developed from rabbits immunized with d-biotin-KLH, and affinity purified using d-biotin-agarose. It is then conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The antibody can be used for both direct and competitive ELISA for quantification of d-biotin, and western-blot analysis of biotinylated antibodies or proteins.
