The anti-biotin antibody is developed from rabbits immunized with d-biotin-KLH, and affinity purified using d-biotin-agarose. This antibody can be used for both direct and competitive ELISA for quantification of vitamin biotin, and western-blot analysis of biotinylated antibodies or proteins.

Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at –20ºC. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if properly stored.
