    The antibody is developed from rabbits using affinity purified canine IgG as the immunogen, and purified using canine IgG-agarose affinity chromatography. The purified anti-canine IgG antibody is linked to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) via reductive amination. This product can be used for detection, identification, quantification, isolation and localization of canine IgG.
  • Scientific Description

    IgG is monomeric immunoglobulin. It consists of two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. It is the most abundant immunoglobulin in the blood and tissue. It provides protection against many kinds of bacteria, viruses, fungi as well as optimizes phagocytosis and neutralizes bacterial toxins.

    Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at –20ºC. Expiration date is six months from date of shipping if properly stored.
