The antibody is developed from rabbits immunized with d-biotin-KLH and affinity purified using d-biotin-agarose, followed by conjugation with the fluorescent dye Cy5.5 (Cyanine-5.5). Cy5.5 has an excitation maximum at 682 nm and an emission maximum at 702 nm.

Product is stable for 30 days at room temperature. For extended storage store product at –20ºC. Expiration date is 12 months from the date of shipping if properly stored.
