Structure of the immunogen and paired antigen of AFB1 antibodies
Direct competitive inhibition ELISA using immobilized anti-aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) antibodies (ICP1204, 0.5 µg/mL) and AFB1-HRP (ICP 1206, 0.25 µg/mL). 50% inhibition occurred at 0.1 ng/mL free AFB1 in a non-optimized condition.
Aflatoxin B1 is a food borne mycotoxin which is carcinogenic to both humans and animals. Contamination with AFB1 in food may be harmful to humans and animals.
