The goat anti-mouse IgG antibody is developed in goats immunized with mouse IgG, and affinity purified using mouse IgG-agarose. The purified antibody is conjugated with polymerized HRP. This product is highly sensitive and can be used for detection, localization, identification and quantification of mouse IgG. Since the antibodies are in solution, the product can be used directly in experiments.

IgG is a monomeric immunoglobulin. It is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. It is the most abundant immunoglobulin in the blood and tissue. It provides protection against many kinds of bacteria, viruses, fungi as well as optimizing phagocytosis and neutralizing bacterial toxins.

Product is stable for 30 days at room temperature. For extended storage, store the product at 4°C. Expiration date is 6 months from the date of shipping if stored properly.
