Our anti-interferon regulatory factor 4 (IRF4) antibody is developed using IRF4 peptide-KLH as the immunogen and then purified with IRF4 peptide-agarose.

IRF4 is a transcriptional activator and is also called lymphocyte-specific interferon regulatory factor 4. It binds to the interferon-stimulated response element (ISRE) of the MHC class I promoter. It binds the immunoglobulin lambda light chain enhancer, together with PU.1. It probably plays a role in ISRE-targeted signal transduction mechanisms specific to lymphoid cells.

Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at -20°C. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if properly stored.
