  • Product Description

Crosstide (PRAATF) is a substrate of the PKB (AKT) and SGK kinase families. This affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pCrosstide antibody is developed with phosphorylated crosstide (PRAApTF) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated crosstide. The purified phospho-Crosstide antibody is then conjugated to peroxidase (HRP) via reductive amination. The antibody has been utilized for non-radioactive PKB and SGK kinase assays.
  • Scientific Description

Crosstide is a synthetic peptide with the sequence (GRPRTSSFAEG). Kinases phosphorylate crosstide to form phospho-crosstide. [1-3]

  • Storage & Stability
