Specificity:
Pan specific for proteins with trimethylated lysine residues (N-epsilon)) in ELSIA and WB tests. It does not cross-react with acetylated proteins and mono-and dimethylated proteins.
This monoclonal mouse antibody is highly specific to trimethyllysine and protein/peptides with trimethyl lysine residues. It does not react to mono/di methyl lysine and does not cross-react with protein/peptide with mono-/di- methyl lysine residues.
