It is highly specific for the trimethyl lysine. The antibody recognizes proteins peptides with tri-methylated lysine residues.  Proteins or peptides with biotinylated residues can be efficiently purified and enriched with this product.

The phoshoserine antibody was raised from a protein-phosphoserine mimic and affinity purified by phosphoserine. The antibody was linked to agarose beads in high concentration (>20 mg/mL of the Agarose beads). The product could be used for the selective immunoprecipitation and affinity-enrichment of the serine-phosphorylated proteins/peptides.
