Efficiently purify and enrich proteins or peptides with acetylated lysine-residues using our anti-acetyl lysine agarose product. This antibody has been widely used and documented by scientists worldwide.

The acetylated protein signal as determinated by ELISA titration (OD50 titer). The acetylated proteins were eluted from 1 mL the Rabbit anti-Acetyllysine Agarose (ICP0388) and immobilized on microrplate, followed by detection with Mouse anti-Acetylated lysine HRP. Rabbit anti-Biotin Agarose (1 mL) was utilized as the negative control.

The acetylated proteins were eluted from 1 mL of Rabbit anti-Acetyl Lysine Agarose (ICP0388) and immobilized on a microplate, then followed by detection with Mouse anti-Acetyl Lysine HRP. Rabbit anti-Biotin Agarose (1 mL) was utilized as the negative control (ICP0615).

  Proteins or peptides with biotinylated residues can be efficiently purified and enriched with our anti-biotin agarose product.

This antibody is affinity purified with free trimethyl lysine on agarose and absorbed by free monomethyl lysine and dimethyl lysine on agarose. It is highly specific for the trimethyl lysine and recognizes proteins peptides with tri-methylated lysine residues. Use our anti-trimethyl lysine agarose to efficiently purify and enrich proteins or peptides with biotinylated residues.

Phosphoserine antibodies are raised from a protein-phosphoserine mimic and affinity purified by phosphoserine. The antibody is linked to agarose beads in high concentration (>20 mg/mL of the Agarose beads). The product can be used for the selective immunoprecipitation as well as affinity-enrichment of serine-phosphorylated proteins/peptides.

The phosphotyrosine antibody is raised from phosphotyrosine-KLH conjugates and affinity purified by phosphotyrosine. The antibody is raised from methylated KLH and affinity purified by methylated BSA and linked to agarose beads in high concentration (>30 mg/mL of the Agarose beads). Carboxylmethyl lysine is the end product of advanced glycation. The antibody is raised from carboxymethylated KLH and affinity purified by carboxylmethyl lysine on agarose.
