Acetyl Lysine Antibody (ICP0380) was used to verify the acetylation of Set2 in the aging study of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

ImmuneChem’s Acetyl Lysine Antibody (ICP0380) was used in immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting experiments to examine the presence and level of acetylation of Set2 in set2Δ, TAP-Set2, bre1Δ, and gcn5Δ strains during aging. The antibodies were diluted in a 1:1000 ratio to follow yeast cell extracts in Western blots.
