The affinity purified anti-rabbit and mouse IgG antibodies are conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The conjugate is useful for detection, identification, and localization of both rabbit and mouse IgG antibodies.
Scientific Description

IgG is a monomeric immunoglobulin. It is composed of two heavy chains (γ) and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites that bind with many pathogens including viruses, bacteria and fungi. It also assists in phagocytosis and neutralization of bacterial toxins.
