Phospho-Crosstide Antibody(ICP0190)

ELISA (0.25 - 1.0 µg/mL); WB (0.25 - 1.0 µg/mL); Non-radioactive AKT and SGK kinase assay
The antibody only recognizes the phosphorylated crosstide, the product of SGK and PKB in a non-radioactive kinase assay. There are no cross reactions with the non-phosphorylated crosstide.

  • Product Description

Crosstide (PRAATF) is a substrate of the PKB (AKT) and SGK kinase families. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pCrosstide antibody is developed with phosphorylated crosstide (PRAApTF) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated crosstide. The purified antibody was conjugated to peroxidase (HRP) via reductive amination. The antibody has been utilized for non-radioactive PKB and SGK kinase assays.
