    The affinity purified rabbit anti-human IgG antibody is developed using purified human IgG as immunogen, followed by conjugation with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The product is useful for detection, identification, quantification, isolation and localization of human IgG.

    IgG is a monomeric immunoglobulin. It is built of two heavy chains ƴ and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites that bind with many pathogens including viruses, bacteria and fungi. It also assists in phagocytosis and neutralization of bacterial toxins.

    Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at –20ºC. Expiration date is six months from date of shipping if properly stored.
