OD50 ELISA titer for AFM1-HRP is approximately 0.05-0.1 ug/mL in plate immobilized with 0.25 ug /mL of rabbit anti-AFM1 (ICP1798). OD signal was 50% inhibited by 1 ng/mL of free AFM1.
