Immobilized proteases can effectively digest your target proteins without contaminating your sample with the protease after filtration of the beads. The immobilized proteases are also reusable and cost-effective.

Papain Agarose (ICP1948)

Papain is a cysteine protease routinely utilized for the preparation of Fab fragment of antibodies.
This product (10 mL beads) can easily digest 5 grams of antibodies to Fab and Fc fragments overnight.
