The rabbit polyclonal phosphothreonine-X-phosphotyrosine (X represents any amino acid) motif antibody is developed using phosphothreonine-X-phosphotyrosine-KLH conjugates as the immunogen, and affinity purified with phosphothreonine-X-phosphotyrosine-agarose. The purified antibody is further conjugated with HRP.
