Chloramphenicol Antibody, HRP
Product Description
This antibody is developed using chloramphenicol-KLH as immunogen, and purified with chloramphenicol-agarose affinity chromatography. The purified antibody is conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) through reductive amination. The product has been tested for application in direct-competitive ELISA for quantification of free chloramphenicol with a sensitivity of IC50 1 ng/mL under un-optimized conditions.
